FRIDAY

Registration & side matches will run from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm

All day side matches included in match fee! This includes long range events.

RO I & RO II courses (please pre-register on application).

SATURDAY

Final registration is from 8:00 am to 8:45 am. Opening ceremonies & safety meeting starting at 9:00 am. 

(ALL SHOOTERS MUST ATTEND)

Main stages will begin directly after opening ceremonies & safety meeting.

Saturday evening Pig Roast on site catered by Bob’s Big Beef.

Side match awards presented at pig roast.

AMMUNITION

You will need 100 rounds of pistol, 100 rounds of rifle and 75 rounds of shotgun ammunition for the main stages. Although

you will want to bring more for side matches, etc…

.Items to Keep in MindYou may wish to bring a folding chair. There will be times that it will be nice to take a load off.

Rain gear may prove handy,

it has been known to rain during this event.

Insect repellant may be VERY handy.

Days will be warm and nights rather cool.

Keep these things in mind while packing.

There may also be a variety of vendors, with clothing, guns, ammo, leather goods,

etc. on site. DON’T FORGET your spendin’ stash!!!!

RESTRICTIONS

 
NO ATV’s or golf carts permitted! Due to the “layout” or our range, these means of transportation can not be accommodated. Although, wheel chairs and three (3) wheeled electric chairs can be accommodated.

General Information

All Shooters & Spectators MUST wear Eye & Ear Protection

**Saturday evening Pig Roast is now included in your match fee.

Additional Bar-B-Q’s may be purchased separately. See application for details.

$25.00 late fee for entries postmarked after Sept. 1st.

There is a $20.00 processing fee for all shoot cancellations.

Confirmations will be sent via e-mail, please write email address legibly!!

All side match winners will receive certificates. All side match awards will be presented at the Pig Roast.

DIRECTIONS

From Berkeley Springs, WV:

Take RT 9 west 15 ½ miles to the Singing Hills Ranch. Range will be on your left and parking on your right.

From Winchester, VA:

522 north to RT 127, take RT 127 to RT 29 North to Rt 9 East. Drive approximately six (6) miles to the Singing Hill Ranch.

Range will be on your right and parking on your left.

OR

Take Rt 522 north to Berkeley Springs, WV & follow the Berkeley Springs directions 

From Cumberland, MD:

Take RT 51 (Industrial Blvd. Exit) to Paw Paw, WV. When you cross the bridge, RT 51 becomesRT 9, go approximately four (4)

miles and turn left (still RT 9). Drive approximately six (6) miles to the Singing Hills Ranch.

Range will be on your right and parking on your left.
